The coinage of the Republic of China, issued between 1912 and 1949, is examined in two
volumes, where the first examines the issues of the various Provinces, while the second
examines the issues of the Central Government, the Chinese Soviet Republics and the
Japanese occupation.
The coinage of the Central Government examines all issues produced in the various
mints.
The Japanese occupation issues that are examined are East Hopei, Manchukuo, Meng
Chiang, Provisional Government of China and Reformed Government of China.
The Chinese Soviet Republic issues that are examined are Hunan-Hupeh-Kiangsi Soviet,
Hunan Soviet, Hupeh-Honan-Anhwei Soviet, Pingchiang County Soviet, North Shensi
Soviet, Szechuan-Shensi Soviet and North-west Anhwei Soviet.
